Vortini provides a platform for sales and marketing analytics, delivered over the internet. The Vortini Platform integrates data from Salesforce.com and other data sources, and delivers access to the data using world class Business Intelligence solutions.

Vortini recognize the importance of your privacy and are committed to the protection of any information that you provide. This policy tells you about the information we collect when you subscribe to the Vortini Platform ("Vortini Platform") and use the Vortini Services ("Vortini Service"). This policy also explains what happens if you access our corporate website located at www.vortini.com, www.vortini.net and www.vortini.co.uk ("Website").

What information does Vortini collect?

Vortini generally collects information when you provide it, for example when you send us an email, or when you register at the website.

Additionally, when you visit our website, our web server collects information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and version.

Does Vortini use Cookies?

Vortini does use cookies in conjunction with the Vortini Service. A cookie is an anonymous identifier that is stored on your computer via your web browser. It is used to identify your computer when you use the service.

How does Vortini use my information?

Vortini uses the information collected to enable the functionality of the Vortini Platform and to provide you with the services that you have requested. We may also use any email address you provide to contact you about our service and offerings, but you are able to opt out of these.

To safeguard your information it is password protected, and is only available to personnel that have a legitimate need to access it.

Will Vortini disclose my information to third parties?

You can take your name off email mailing lists at any time by emailing unsubscribe@vortini.com.

If you cease to use the Vortini Service we will delete all information except that needed for legitimate business use.

Can I correct or access my personal information?

You can contact us to find out, and if necessary correct, any information that we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete personal information.
